Designing inspired life-work is a radical act of self awareness and expression. It means tapping into what you desire, affirming that you are worthy of receiving what you want, and making changes in your life that support your highest expression. Let’s be clear, this is a vulnerable pursuit!

Life-Work Coaching provides you with fresh perspective, helps you align your beliefs with your desires and lends support and guidance as you follow a calling into the unknown.

Lea draws on a variety of techniques to help you gain clarity, clear blocks and connect with your Self. A session may include thoughtful inquiry, visualization, conscious breath, or somatic practice. We start where you are and work toward resourcing you to believe in yourself deeply, express yourself fully and take inspired action!

Focused on branding women entrepreneurs for over a decade, I became fascinated by what it takes to design an original body of work. There is so much vulnerability in following a calling and devloping a unique business vision.

Personally, I am an introverted person and found it incredibly challenging to be seen in the public eye. I worked extensively with a life coach to learn to show up despite my fear and to be courageous in following my calling.

Eventually, I trained in a coaching leadership program and started lead self-development book clubs around topics like Overcoming Underearning and Playing Big. My work evolved organically from branding to coaching.

Now I create coaching tools and curated experiences to help people tune into their inner wisdom and break through fear and resistance. I want to help you say Yes to that voice that is calling from within!

How it Works

STEP BY STEP

  • Payment – When you click a payment button, you will be directed to PayPal where you can pay securely with a PayPal account or credit card.
  • Intake Qs – After completing payment, you will be directed to an intake form with questions to set the course for our exploration together.
  • Scheduling – On the intake page, you will find a link to book sessions. (If you don’t find a meeting time that works for you, we can make arrangements by email.)
  • Meetings –We meet by phone for 75 minutes. For integration coaching, it works best when we meet once per week for consistency and flow, but we can skip up to 2 weeks.
  • Follow up – You receive an email within 48 hours of our session with a custom audio meditation and manifestation script as well as suggested home practice.
  • Support – With an integration package, you can reach out via email with anything that comes up between sessions. I reply to your emails plus cheer you on via text once or twice a week.
  • Gift – You receive a customized gift by mail to support you in daily practice within 11 days of our initial session.

FAQ

How do I know which package is right for me?

Take a moment to tune into your inner being. Close your eyes. Observe your breath. When you feel calm and centered ask yourself which package serves you best right now. Trust your inner guidance. You deserve to be supported!

What is a manifestation script?

Good question! During a session, I practice deep listening and make notes about what I hear. A manifestation script is a reflection of the words you use when you are speaking your heartfelt desire.

I’m not an entrepreneur, is life-work coaching for me?

Yes! Aligning with your Self can help you own and articulate your unique value and take inspired action whether or not you are called to create an original body of work.

When are you available for coaching?

I hold space in my schedule for coaching Tuesday-Thursday, but if you don’t find a time on my calendar that works for you, you are welcome to email me and we’ll find a good time!  leabett@thelifeworklab.com.

What if I need to reschedule a coaching session?

No problem! You can cancel a session with 48 hours notice and you always have access to my calendar to reschedule.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes! I want to make this work accessible to anyone who needs it. Here is a link to sign up for the Integration package making 6 payments of $199/week. If you need to set up a custom payment plan, please don’t hesitate to get in touch: LeaBett@TheLifeWorkLab.com.
