Meditation & Movement is a conscious dance exploration designed to help you come to presence and follow your own inner guidance. You are invited to drop out of the mind and into the body and welcome to move in any way that feels good!
We open the practice with guided meditation to land in the body and then move freely through a curated playlist, closing with sound bath or silent meditation. The experience allows your authentic expression to unfold and naturally unwinds tension.
This practice is accessible to everyone. You may choose to lay down and breathe through the experience, practice micro-movement, or go big and bold. The expression will look different for everyone depending on your body’s call.

There is nothing complicated about Meditation & Movement. There are no prescribed ways to move and no steps to follow. All you have to do is show up and let your body be your guide.
Although many of us are conditioned to hold our feelings in and to think our way through life, so tuning into sensation may be unfamiliar. And being present to whatever is up for us can be intense. So the practice does require courage.
Ultimately, the invitation is to explore your authentic expression and you really can’t get it wrong!
This Practice has Evolved
Over the Course of 20 years
While I was training in dance and yoga in my 20s, I developed Meditation & Movement as a method for combining the joy and power of dance with the inner eye of yoga.
Since that time, I have pursued many methods of conscious dance including 5Rhythms, Soul Motion, Journey Dance, and Unwind & Grind. I also continue to train in meditation, breathwork, yoga and somatic coaching. This is life-long learning for me.
Meditation & Movement is an integrated process designed to cultivate presence, release tension and support authentic expression.
